Selling some parts to recover what I spent to get Skylake all set up. Everything is in perfect working order with boxes, manuals, etc. I can post pics later.
Intel Broadwell Core i7 5775C. - $400 Shipped. Hard to get your hands on one but I managed to do so. CPU has not been overclocked. It was tested for default performance and I decided to go with Skylake for the more advanced platform.
Intel Devil's Canyon Core i7 4790K - SOLD! Kind of a pooch for overclocking. I was not able to get it over 4.4Ghz.
ASUS Z97 Sabertooth Mark II - SOLD! Good board, flashed with BIOS FLASHBACK to the latest BIOS, which is the only way to make sure that all features work correctly with Broadwell.

Shipping is to the lower 48 states via USPS tracked/insured. Arrangements outside of that will incur additional shipping charges.
