Near flawless, 2016 HP Spectre X360 with Core i7-7500U, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD. Includes box and charging cable, as well as, leather pouch. Warranty expires 10/10/2017.

Is that the new 13" model? Do you have pics?
 
Yes, this is the new 13.3" model that just released. I have had it about a week now. I say it is in near flawless condition as there are two small scuffs on the left hinge about 2mm x 1mm in size. Not really even noticeable unless you are really looking for them. I still haven't figured out how it even happened.
 
Standard 1 year warranty on it? Transferable? I've been looking at getting a PC ultrabook to replace my 13" Macbook Air. Could just never get used to the MacOS quirks coming from the PC.
 
I don't believe there is any issue with the warranty being transferable. I would need to look into it.

Edit: Everything I have found online points to it being transferable.
