FS: Home lab part-out

After changing jobs and moving all this crap from Houston to Nashville, I've decided to cut out a lot of extraneous gear which includes my home VMWare setup. I've been running everything off of a single desktop now for 6 months between temporarily living in an apartment and the new digs and now I just want the extra office space.
