I've had this since march of last yr that means there's about 1 yr and 9 month left in warranty
( gigabyte warranty is serial based )
i ran this card undervolted most of time @ 1000/1400 with 1V
but i occasionally ran it @ 1200/1600 with 1.175V for games like crysis3 / farcry 3 where i needed extra juice

If you decide to part it since you have someone who wants the card I'd take the block if the price is good.
