Unfortunately pretty sure no...at least none of the ones I've bought from him have been.

Still damn sweet CPUs though :)
 
If you ever get some v2 spicy but close.to retail chips I'd be down. My Intel Mobo is stick as pie gen 2 with v1 chips.

So even the cpuz screenshot doesn't recognize the exact model of the cpu. Which can mean it's a variant of that cpu. Slight differences in the cpu possibly. Mine does read properly.
