In one pic, you will see some bright green duct tape around where the pci bracket screw goes in.
I always do that, to minimize marks from the screw. Tape will be removed before shipping.
No big damage. Only real cosmetic issue, is some minor scratching around the front corner. Tight ITX case, on which I eventually used a metal file, to ease installation.
