it works great. Just like playing the cartridge, except you have the additional ability to do instant saves and reloads which really helps in RPG boss battles

i also liked that I could just put a bunch of games on there and carry nothing besides the GBA and an AC adapter on long trips... no need to carry additional game cartridges
