I do not believe so. You do need GeForce Experience 3.18 installed and assuming an NVIDIA card. I never tried with an AMD card, assuming that's not going to work.

I should have clarified. I’ve seen a few 1yr codes for sale but you need a 3080 or 3090 because they were bundled with the gpu when purchased. I see under your link the first thing is to “have the qualifying gpu installed”.
