Yes, there is. You would need a FM amplifier. I have a professional grade 40W FM amplifier fully adjustable from 1W to 40W. You would also need a bigger antenna to handle the extra power.

I'm just waiting for somone to say "I bought one of these for my car to listen to my iPod on the stereo" (LOL!)

that would be called an amplifier

try progressive concepts

or try going to the local hamfest and wander around asking where you can get a "100 watt 3 meter amp"...watch out for agent Smith though.
