Got this card off CL a few months ago. Last owner said it was a newly RMA'ed card. Don't think I have the packaging for it anymore, but I can look. Swapped to team red since I got a freesync monitor.

Also have an msi z170a gaming m5 that I got as an open box from Microcenter last week. Didn't end up needing it and have another week to return it, but if anyone is interested in it at-cost (plus shipping), I could send it out instead. Imperfections as far as I can tell: one of the fan headers has the backing plastic broken off. Still works fine. Also, the usb3 header pins are a little bent. I didn't test this, but I'd imagine it still works as well. Has debug leds that turn into coretemp after successful post. Has io shield.
