EVGA GeForce 9600GSO 384MB

  • Used for a year in a backup rig.
  • Card only, let me know if you need specific accessories.
  • This is the old 9600gso, which is a rebranded 8800gs, which is slightly slower than a 8800gt/9800gt. This is NOT the new crappy 9600gso.

    Old Flavor = 96sp 384mb/768mb DDR3 192bit memory bus <--Mine
Old Slow Flavor = The same as above but with DDR2
    Asus screwy version = 96sp 512mb GDDR2 128bit Memory Bus
    New Crappy version = 48sp 512mb/1GB GDDR3 256bit memory bus

    Above quote from here.
  • Runs most modern games well at medium-high settings (depending on resolution).
  • $55 shipped

SOLD

Eh meant to put $50 + shipping. Not too unreasonable as I see 8800gt s being sold for ~65 shipped. I'll just change it to $55 shipped CONUS.

And it is the exact model in the newegg link, single slot, don't really want to post up a GPU-Z since it's packed and ready for shipping already. I'm 100% sure this is the good model, not only because of GPU-Z and newegg specs, but also because I bought it before the crappy versions came out .

damn, excellent card. have one in my media PC. good for games still. the 384s are the good versions the newer ones have different amounts of ram,

bump for a nice inexpensive card. I had an 8800gs 384 in my folding / spare gaming rig. Ran CoD4 maxed on my old 19" at 1080x1024.

I have the dual slot version of this card in my main rig. (I know, but I'm broke) I can play TF2 maxed settings, 2AA at 1680x1050. Fraps says the frame rates stay between 40-80FPS. I'd try for 4AA, but I don't think the 384MBs of ram can handle it. Bump for great card. $55 shipped is less then I paid for mine, and a great deal.

interested in any PC games. Also have some decent 775 HSF, a few PS3 games etc.....This would make a most excellent physx add on card.
