Bought this used a year or two ago. Has some black discoloration on the copper but thermally it performs great and doesn't leak. Includes just the waterblock. It mounts to the backplate included with your motherboard. According to EK it works on AM4, 939, 754, 940, F, C32, AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM1, FM2, FM2+.
