I have several of these leftover from our Black Friday sale at the office. All specs are identical and they all come with Good Batteries and Genuine Dell Power Supplies. All units have Legible Windows 7 Professional COAs underneath the computer. If you don't have a Windows 7 installation disk just let me know and I'll run the Dell Windows 7 - 64 Bit install disk on the computer for you to save you time.
