2x Kingston 16GB DDR4-2666 KSM26ED8/16ME Unregistered ECC DIMMs -- These contain Micron E-Die ICs. I've run them at 3466mhz with ECC enabled. YMMV on the overclocking.
ECC is typically supported on Asus and Asrock boards, and also Gigabyte boards where it's explicitly listed in the specifications.
