Model# GL752V DH71 with i7 6700HQ, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1080p display, and 1TB mechanical HDD (7200rpm). The specs say it's IPS, but honestly it doesn't look like it to me - the only con, I think.

This was purchased on 5/11/16 from Microcenter. It has had very little use, and I can't justify keeping it after upgrading my desktop PC, and owning so many other portable devices (Chromebook, PS Vita, 3ds and iPad). I was hoping to get into gaming with friends, like old style LAN parties, but it didn't happen. It is in great shape: no cosmetic blemishes, adult-owned in a smoke-free home. I do have the original box for it.
Comes with 2 year parts and labor warranty (through 5/11/18) through vendor/manufacturer.
If you're around the Columbus, OH area, consider picking it up and paying cash.
I have only a little bit of feedback on heat. I also have feedback on eBay, and some on head-fi and steamtrades.
