(Asus does Warranty based on serial )
It does have shader unlocked on default bios ( not 6970 bios ) and i ran this @ 900/1300 24/7
it could probably go higher but i didn't feel like tweaking voltages

i wish i could by second one, sadly my case won't be able to handle second one of those due to not enough space.

awasom card was able to unlock mine too, only sad part didn't came with display port cables.
