I purchased this from another HardOCP seller about a year ago. Original purchase date was April 2018. We bought it for my daughter for college, there is nothing wrong with it she complained that it was too heavy to lug around to classes so we just bought her a Surface 6...

The laptop is in perfect working order. I just reset Windows so it will be like a new machine when you get it. The screen and the outside of the laptop are in great shape. The keyboard has two 'nicks' in the lower left side (picture below) and she had a bagel sticker on the keyboard on the right hand side that I pealed off and used goo be gone on but you can still see the outline. I'm assuming it will wear away but wanted to be honest about the condition (picture below). There is normal wear on the trackpad surface.
