FS: 2500+ Barton, HSF and MSI kt3 mobo

I bought the 2500+ last week, it o/c's to 190fsb for 2.1ghz on the MSI board before the agp/pci clocks get too high and the vid card starts going flaky. Full load temps are 100F with fan at 7k rpm and 107F at 4800 rpm. Heatsink is a Vantek 6040H copper cooler with 7k fan (I have a rheostat to turn it down, but I'm keeping that). After buying the processor, I've decided to just go ahead and get an athlon64 setup instead.

$120 for all 3.
 
Should that fail, second dibs on the barton.

Make me an offer :). This thing should be an o/c beast as it was at 195 fsb no problem at stock voltage. The vid card would flake out during 3d testing (made it through aquamark and 3dmark03 but crashed during nature in 3dmark01), but prime ran for 7 hours before I shut it off. Temps were around 109F with the fan at 4800rpm at 195fsb.
 
Pending what happens with my school situation, I might have an extra 120$ floating around in paypal. Can I call semi-dibs? Ill know by tomorrow
 
Is the CPU unlocked? If it is, i call dibs if the other deals fall through
