Not scorching, but a good $15-30 off the rates I'm seeing for it elsewhere (once you count funny three months later money...but already at the low end of what it's going for).
 
It should work provided your laptop uses 200-pin DDR2 (obviously), and your laptop's memory isn't soldered in (eep! but fortunately this seems less common than it used to be). I believe you need an Intel Santa Rosa based laptop and the usual 64-bit operating system to actually see all 4 GB.
 
Even if the EEE isn't soldered in, it will still only recognize 1GB of RAM tops.
