Fry's, in store only, Coolermast Cosmos 1000 for $99.99

Noticed during my rounds at Fry's that they had the Coolermaster Cosmos 1000 on sale for $99.99. This was at the Sacramento and Roseville Store, so I'm assuming this is probably at least the same at the other bay area stores (at least from my experience). Roseville had at least 4-5. I didn't see any on the shelf at Sacramento. I passed this deal as I still have a mini P180 and Antec 1200 sitting in the closet;)

Does it come with the power supply????

What's the difference between this and the S version?
 
Saw 2 in PA fry's this morning. I passed because I can't give up the air cooling of the stacker 830 SE I got for $100 last year.
