Fry's: Core 2 Extreme X6800 = $1100

Not really hot, but in light of the current EE price gouging you can save a few bucks. B&M Fry's has the X6800 for $1100, they didn't look like they were selling too fast either.
 
Brick and Mortar. Another way of saying this is only in an actual Fry's store, and not on Outpost.

Brick and Mortar, as in there is a actual store to walk into.

I have noticed with Fry's that they get new stuff in pretty fast, and when every one else is price gouging, they charge MSRP, its only after the rush is over and online is cheaper that they still charge MSRP, and they are no longer a good deal.
