Freezing weather and outside spigots

Probably not in the right section.. but..

It's going to get down to 18 in the next day or two; 20's and 30's don't really worry me but I don't really want a frozen pipe-

Northerners, short of draining the outside faucets/spigots, how do you keep them from freezing? I've got two that stick up out of the ground about a foot or so and they will proabaly freeze solid.

I remember seeing the styrofoam covers a long time ago- do they make 'pipe heaters'? or do I need to stop worrying about it?
 
if they have an inside valve, shut that off and bleed it into a bucket, if its outside i dunno 0_0
