Free photo editing

I was wondering if there is any software that I can edit a picture with online? I googled and found some, but all I need to do is edit a picture to be 1680x1050. Maybe I just don't know wtf I'm doing or what, but is there a program I can use to resize a picture for free?

If you're using Windows, MSPaint will resize just fine.

Upload them to photobucket if you want a completely online experience with resizing. I don't personally use this method but I think it's what you're looking for.
