I think the Korean offer was a bust. The Brazil, India and Russia offers worked but India and Russia offers were spammed. Some people got like 50+ keys.

Yup, the hundreds of ebay listings for Dirt 3 Steam key listings would back you on that. Just wish I would of gotten one, I love a good racing game and I enjoy Grid.
