This is eye opening to say the least, and very well presented.
Really good video, went a long way to dispel some myths and clear up some confusion and adding some quantification to what used to be just called "microstutter". Great info on vsync and frame metering as well.
To those worried that there is a heavy nvidia bias, there isn't. there are a few moments of Nvidia being presented as better by Tom, but he also went out of his way to defend AMD results a few times as well.
