First person view drone racing looks like a blast! Anyone got a warehouse like this we can use?
I never really wanted a drone until I saw this.
Very awesome, neat conclusion. However watching that reminds me of every "racing" minigame I've played in GTA, where the first lap you can have a hard time knowing where you're supposed to go, and not until you actually memorize the course can you really get a good speed.
Out of curiosity, do you need to manually tell it tilt at such an angle in order to go forward? Or does it automatically balance it so you have just enough lift to not crash but the rest can be used for forward momentum?

That was BAD ASS wow ... I can't wait for this on TV in 4k. This is the next big thing
Driving an R/C car around a track at speeds is hard enough, and that's 2D. This looks like it takes considerable skills.
been messing around with FPV Freerider (HotProps is installing). This is great! With my xbox 360 controller it has a very similar feel to my remote. Between this and actual practice, I think I will get the hang of it! I'm discovering I much prefer my pitch and yaw on the right stick, and throttle and roll on the left. They do, check out Liftoff on steam or FPV Freerider or HotProps!
