FOUND: 80+ Gold Modular Power Supply

I am building a super low-budget ITX build to take to LAN parties, and I am in need of an inexpensive modular ATX Power Supply with at least an 80+ Gold rating.

I've got a budget of $40-$50 shipped for this, depending on what you have. I've seen a few decent power supplies come through on eBay in this price range, but I would rather spend my money here.
