Forwarding GMAIL email into Exchange 2003

I'm trying to add a GMAIL account to one of my users in Exchange 2003 so that everything shows up in Outlook 2003 and on their mobile phones via ActiveSync.

How can I do this?

I beleive you can add a pop3 connector so exchange will pop the mail off of gmails servers into their exchange mailbox.

If you are using SBS, then you can use the built in POP3 connector. I have used the one with GFI's Mail Essentials and it gets the job done.
