Force Quit?

I recently installed Office:Mac and it worked great...now after a couple of days when i want to shut down i have to force quit it because the applicaion is not responding...it opens files ok, it;s just shutting down...what can i do to solve this problem...thanks

Do you have it updated to the latest version? Pick check for updates from the help menu of any office app.

yeah it's all updated...now it happens on all of the office programmes...should i reinstall it?

I installed office 2004 on my core 2 duo imac and it crashes every time I open up excel.
Thats with it updated.
