Force PIN numbers to exclude banned passwords?

We're instituting PINs for Windows 10 users, as we're starting to use biometrics in in some departments (payroll for security purposes, IT for convenience purposes, etc.). We're not quite 2 factoring everything yet.

We're taking advantage of Windows Hello for the fingerprint readers, and I have it set to do the PIN stuff. I've got the requirements bumped up, 10 character minimum, Upper + Lower + number.

That's all working.

What I'd like to do is set it to exclude anything that our current password policy enforcer is, um, enforcing. If it complies with it, great, it's accepted. If it doesn't, it's rejected.

Is there any way to do this? I don't even know if it matters when we already have the requirements set so high, but I want to feel like I've addressed everything there is to address.
