Flashgot or similar Download manager for IE7.0 on vista?

Hello all,

I´m wonderin if there is any app like flashgot for IE?
This flashgot was a integrated DM for firefox.

When i want to download it asked me if i want to use the Download manager or the IE default.
I´m wondering if there is any app like this for IE?

I thought I had something useful to say, but got the wrong idea.. forget this comment.
 
I'm not sure if it's the same, but I got Internet Download Manager ($24 for a year of updates), it downloads a file in many segments, so if a server caps the download at 100KB/s, each of the segments would go at 100KB/s allowing you to download up to 1.6MB/s. Now all my web downloads max out my 6Mbit cable connection. It also has resume. A very worthy plug-in if you use IE7 all around.
