I'm attempting to use bitspower 16 od acrylic tubing and some bits power fittings. With the BP-MBWP-C89...what is the correct way to use it? It doesn't come in 2 pieces...or at least i don't believe it does...I can't unscrew it...is it just a press fit application? Whats the correct way to insert the tubing?

thanks very much
R.

if the knurled ring doesn't come off then yeah you just press it in. you make sure the end of the tube is finished with a nice outside edge so it doesn't tear the o-ring and jam it in.

Yep. Lubricating the fit with a little water can help if it's stubborn.

Do you have a link to the fittings your using?
Duh nvm i found them. I agree with the above, make sure you give the tubing a nice smooth bevel.

Yes...it's a one piece fitting...which seems odd for a compression installation...but here is the official word from Bitspower customer service

Hello Rick,

Have a nice day!

BP-MBWP-C89 is one piece fitting.

It has the acrylic tube press fit from the front.
