Firefox - Resuming Interrupted Downloads

Hey everyone.

I'm currently at an Air Force school, and I'm stuck on dial-up while I'm here. I'm trying to download a 31MB file, but after an hour or so, my connection drops.

The Firefox download manager reports the download "done", even though it's only 800K or so. When I go to download it again, I can only overwrite it and start over.

Is there any way to resume this download ala FTP, other than using an FTP client? I've already installed the tweaked download extension, but it doesn't seem to help.
 
Firefox doesn't support download resumption. I hear it's planned for inclusion sometime, but you'll have to use Getright for now.
 
Getright is an external download manager program. I think there are some "download with getright" menu items you can add to Firefox with an extension, but you don't actually need them as the program can monitor the clipboard or you can dran-n-drop.
 
I can't really offer any help cause I have no clue.
