I upgrade to Firefox 9.01, all the regular web sites I went to seems to display properly. Then the other day, data that should be on the screen, is not displaying. I notice under about: config, that plug in for Java is off. So I set it to on, no change.

For static pages like this:

http://www.riredcross.org/general.asp?SN=7806&OP=7810&IDCapitulo=VO9MPVFVY9

as simple as displaying the team of a red cross, on the above page, it's blank (from my firefox 9, it's a white page, no name, nothing)

On facebook, in a page that I should see a "Send Gift" button, I no longer see it.

Java shows Java 6, Ver. 6, Update 30, which is the latest, and so is Adobe Flash, it is the latest too.

any1 has this problem?

==========

chrome works fine displaying the above pages

Why don't you check the HTML's source as suggested earlier to make sure that there actually is a problem before jumping to conclusions? If it's not there in one browser versus the next, the website is modifying the page based on your browser's user agent string or functionality.

Have you done that?

I did notice a single 1 line entry on chrome, and that there is no entry in the entire page on Firefox. But what can I do to fix it?

I finally notice this. But I can't see how, as it's the latest, and I can't change Java. I can re-install and that's about it

I do not have Java installed - in fact I have no extensions installed at all - and Firefox 9.0.1 displays the riredcross link just fine. Your problem lies elsewhere.

I finally fixed it. USAToday, about few weeks ago, was saying that "Do not track Plus" has 140M download, and when facebook and other places track me, it slow down my internet. So I install that plug in. I finally fig. out it's that plug in that train wreck all these web site

However, I was right on that other thread, the link that still doesn't show up w/ the header, even at IE, is a yahoo unique problem, not cause by the above, as I only install Do not track on Firefox

thanks every1 for helping out
