The European Commission has notified compainants against Google for antitrust practices that they have four more weeks to submit additional evidence or comments before the final charges are filed with the EU. The investigation, which began in 2010, has support from companies like Yelp, Foundem, and (ironically) Microsoft.

The Commission charged Google in April with abusing its dominant market position as a search provider in Europe. It said Google systematically favored its own comparison shopping product over competing services, a practice that infringes on European Union antitrust rules because it stifles competition and hurts consumers.

Does this mean Apple stores in the EU have to carry PCs as well?

Can't favor your own product over a competitors product after all.
