Started having a problem a while back with my PC where I cannot copy files to my HTPC. I can copy files down very quickly. I upgraded the network and wireless adapter. Connecting at 1.17gbps and copying files down around 65mb/s. Soon as I try to copy UP to the HTPC it just hangs and stays 0%.. I tried to clear it but I have to reboot to remove that action. Im Stumped. I had the issue before and after the network upgrade. Seems like maybe my VPN software messed something up. For whatever reason now when I connect to VPN I cannot reach my HTPC when I used to be able to when I was on VPN.
