Fast (High transfer rate) 16GB Flash drive

Now that the 360 is going to support flash drives as of the April 6 updaet. I'm looking for a 16GB flash drive. I want one that is of higher quality, Normally with flash drives I don't care how fast it is because I'm only using them to transfer small files <500MB. However now that I'll be reading game sensitive data off of the flash drive I want one with failry fast transfer rates.

I was thinking of this one patriot xporter 16GB does anyone know of a better one in the same price range or cheaper?

I don't if this will work but this is the fastest option. 40GB SSD divided into 16GB partitions in a uSB enclosure.

Are we talking small or large files?
A files is large if it is at least 1 megabyte.

If you want a regular USB2 flash stick, the OCZ Rally 2 Turbo is a fast one. Keep in mind these controller-less sticks do not have real controllers; only use them for large files never to store small files.
