Fan & CPU cooler for Silverstone GD09

I need some recommendations for quiet fans that will basically max out the cooling performance of the case while maintaining a low noise threshold. Essentially, I want the "best" silent fans I can buy. I think I need two 120mm fans and two 80mm fans.

Also, the HTPC is currently using a Corsair H50, but I'm not sure the rad for the H50 will fit anywhere. Does anybody have experience with an AIO cooler that will fit in the GD09?

Noctua fans are quiet, if using the speed reduce resistor.
I have an H100i mounted to it's brother the GD07, on the outside though. You can't see it from a front angle, if using the optional rackmount ears.
