Fallout 1 no ingame music question its quiet......

I bought the Fallout Collection DVD from Amazon includes fallout 1, fallout 2, and fallout tactics and I'm starting falout 1 first and I playing there is ingame sound effects but its seems to quiet theres no music is this normal for it not to have music?

Well yea I did apply a patch from there. A guy in another forum said there should be some music but I'm still in the very first mission in the cave with all those rats you get to kill and theres no music sounds in there maybe when I go into next level there will be huh?
 
lol u didnt even get out of the first cave and you've made threads on 2 different forums?
 
i dunno... i always played with winamp or itunes in the background... i generally dislike game music
 
Not really music, but there was usually some ambient sounds in the background. Sometimes it was just wind noise. I always liked that about the series, the BG sounds added to the whole "this is a nuclear devastated wasteland".
