Facetime App for Droid and iPhone

Looking for a facetime app that uses wifi that has a droid and iphone version, any suggestions?

I thought that was only if you got issued a phone number? last year, I remember skyping with my g/f for a few hours using skype on my iPad (her using it on her laptop) and never paid a dime

Skype doesn't charge for video calling unless it's like 4 person video chat and I don't think that works on mobiles yet.

They do charge to have a "skype number", voicemail and general voip calling to mobile/landlines.

Qik Video works pretty well, not sure if it has an iphone version

Tried it, works on the iphone just not the Motorola Droid.

I've used Tango in the past. I'm not sure but are you able to do Google Hangouts on iOS? If so you can use Google.

I use Skype myself for many 'business' calls. It's free, and works well.

Skype, followed by Tango, followed by whatever googles alternative is called now (assuming iOS can use it)
