I knew Facebook was powerful but I didn't know it had the power to declare a country is at war. What's that you say? Some low level artist, that is probably fired by now, accidentally put red on top of the flag instead of blue? Off with their head! Quick, someone issue an apology!

"The flag, if flown from a flagpole, shall have its blue field on top in time of peace and the red field on top in time of war; if in a hanging position, the blue field shall be to the right (left of the observer) in time of peace, and the red field to the right (left of the observer) in time of war," reads the Philippine law.

I actually learned something today. It's pretty cool that they invert their flag during times of war!
