Hit 4ghz with extream water cooling.
runs 3.6 daily
need I say more?
300 obo, comes with stock fan
 
oooo lemme pull the system apart and Ill get back to you. V to hit 4 was 1.55 in windows @ 15c could do 1.5 if you can get the temp lower. I was testing my tec water cooler.

What do you need for vCore to run at 3.6 daily?
and where is the reading from? (Set in BIOS, CPUz, etc.?)
