Exterior Patch Ports?

I'm wondering if anybody can help me with something. I'm building a "demo case" for our company. This demo case will be a pelican case with a monitor inside/small server/PoE switch. What I want to do is have the ability to connect "devices" to this from the outside. I'd like to install some "exterior" patch ports on the outside but not sure what products are out there.

Now these do NOT need to be weatherproof, but I'd like something where I can drill a hole, and install the patch port. I thought about keystone ports but I need something more secure since the pelican case has thick walls and the keystone jacks will not "snap" in once i cut out a hole.

Maybe something that gets installed like a toggle switch does, where you drill the hole, insert the switch and theres a ring you screw down to secure it to the box...

anybody have anything like that in mind?
