Exchange Server 2010 - Disclaimer configuration?

Anyone have a link/tutorial on how to set up a global disclaimer for a client using Exchange Server 2010 (SP1, probably)?

I saw this TechNet article, but I'm trying to visually see this first before trying it out. I'm curious to know how I can test this on a "test user" before implementing it to the whole domain.

You can specify user/groups under Conditions within a rule.

FYI it is HTML based so you can format with HTML Tags

Set up the disclaimer in Organization-->Hub Transport-->Transport Rules. You have a variety ofoptions to chose from includin whether then recipient is an internal or external user. As K1pp3r said too, it is HTML formatable. You can always walk through setting up a rule and NOT apply it until you are ready.
