Anyone know of a way to archive individual mailboxes from the Exchange 2003 server itself? Free is always good.

It's an older server I'm about ready to take offline. Users are being migrated to Exchange 2010 using export/import PST and syncing with Outlook 2010, so their mails remain on the Exchange 2003 server for archiving for the company vault.

Employees are scattered all over the country and in several cases, other countries. I would need to remote into each computer and reconfigure their Outlook to point to the new server (which is Apps4Rent hosted Exchange, by the way).

Boss won't hear of me creating a How-to for the employees, and downtime must be next to zero. I have to do it myself. I have very paranoid bosses who know nothing about computers. Ah well, I'm not really complaining. There's only 67 employees and exporting emails, reconfiguring/creating new Outlook profile and importing only takes 10 minutes per computer and I have a lot of time according to the bosses. :-P

I'm sure you've ran into a few paranoids too, so you know how it is.
