With our old email host, we could specify a "default" address to forward unresolved emails to. For instance, if I have a user with an email address of [email protected], and his sister sends an email from across the country to [email protected], how do I get Exchange to take the email, forward it to me so I can figure out who the email was meant to go to and send it along?

Pre SP1 you just monitored the BadMail folder. Post SP1 you have to create a registry key and configure it to keep badmail in that folder. Another additional key will determine how long it stays in there. The link above is for Exchange 2000 I believe though it may still apply. Just read and implement info from this link.
