I set up a Win2k box, installed Active Directory, and am now trying to install Exchange 2000 on it. Every time I do, it errors out and gives me this error:
"Setup failed while installing sub-component Microsoft Windows 2000 Active Directory schema update with error code 0xC1037AE6 (Please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed step again."
I have located and looked at the logs, and they have no info in them at all. I am logged in as Admin, and of course, the tech article for Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=280178) just says it is because I am breaking connection to the Domain Controller.. Funny becuase the machine it is installing on IS the DC. Sooo anyone have anything to remedy this?
