EVGA Supernova 850 T2 or Seasonic Prime 850 Titanium???

Hi Guys,

Im trying to decide between these 2 great PSU's, (both Titanium) and just thought I would hear some feedback from you. I had already seen a lot of comparisons between the 2, but since im not in a rush figured I would start a thread about it.

Im just trying to hear your general thoughts about the pros and cons for both PSU. No need to know my other PC specs.

Tomshardware did a review of the Seasonic, where they have the EVGA T2 for comparison.

It gave me a good perspective but I am clearly an indecisive person and just need some more feedback. ))

Seasonic every day of the week.

I switched to using their power supplies based on them being the only company to send retail samples to HardOCP for testing. The don’t cherry pick.

To me that says a whole lot about the company.

If you’re into saving money and every dollar counts. Go the cheaper route. EVGA makes good stuff no doubt about it.

I look at the articles here and see what Rating has been given to the specific power supply and if it hasn’t been reviewed specifically hopefully the review translates into the product line.

That price seems a little high for the seasonic 850 titanium, I got both mine for around $180. Managed to find the 1kW for $215 once.

Just to let you guys know, I went with the Seasonic Prime 850 Titanium.
