Essentially looking for something like this https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-100-CK-1300-B9-Supply-Individually-Sleeved/dp/B00KVLCUUQ?th=1

There are plenty of EXTENSIONS out there and I have some and they are far better than the stock cables but the issue is add an extension to the regular cable and you have more cable mess to tie up and hide, its kinda ridiculous.

Are there no 3rd party cables out there that go from connection to PSU directly that are sleeved in this manner to keep things cleaner?

There are places you can have them custom made, or if you have the tools you can make them yourself. Could even buy a set of extensions and replace one end with the connector for your PSU (just gotta make sure to note where the wires go and put them in the right place, might have to splice wires depending on how they're made, though).

EVGA has a couple on their store:

https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=100-G2-06RR-B9

https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=100-NK-1601-B9

I have the set that is red/black and currently sold out. High quality cables, however they are pretty long, which may or may not matter to you. I used them in a Silverstone SG09 so lots of cables would be considered long in my case lol.

Cablemod appears to be the big custom cable maker. They have a lot of good looking options for cable sets.

Thanks. Lots of complaints on Amazon reviews for the Cablemod stuff.

I saw the ones on the EVGA store, yesterday the black was OOS. Today its not.

I've got a set from cablemod, never had any issues with them, haven't checked their reviews on amazon lately, but if you order, be sure to enter the corect PSU, I can see someone making a mistake in that and getting some witht he wrong pinout and causing an issue.

I remember LTT had a nice video about cable mod, seemed great but damnnnnn is it expensive, I seem to recall $200 for what I'd need to be the price. Yikes.

Shame the reviews are poor.

Modmymods did some small cable assemblies for me. No heatshrink/sleeving, so can't speak to that, but their crimping looked fantastic. Maybe someone else could vouch for their sleeving?

Someone mentioned a dude on another forum the last time this came up, too.

I paid a pretty penny for my setup, but it has lasted quite a few years.

I got the EVGA ones but the stupid part is they don't have cable combs so they just pull apart and look stupid. I have googled and it seems there are no combs that fit these cables. How idiotic.

Have you looked at Amazon for the combs? You can either buy a tool to de-pin or use a staple/paper clip, remove the cables from the connectors/feed them through.

Only takes a few finger bleeding afternoons.

Edit: I cannot imagine that something that a comb that would fit 550/paracord/flex cable? Wouldn’t be able to fit EVGA’s sleeved cables.

They used to make their own cable comb sets but apparently stopped selling them. They are oos everywhere. Ive got a box of leftovers from the ones i used.
Maybe you can find some on ebay?
Heres the forum posting about them from 2017. The link is useless but if you do a search it will take you to a pdf thats equally useless. Maybe one of the psu mods can turn you onto some that will work.

not providing cable combs is idiotic for sure.

So far ebay and google searching is yielding nothing. There are ads on ebay for "metal" ones but not sure if they would fit (need to check wire sizing etc). I'm not sure I feel to warm and fuzzy about using metal ones anyway.

Only other option to use the EVGA ones I got is zip ties which defeats the purpose. Other than that I guess I will just send them back and try the cablemods ones.

I have some extensions (cheap brand on amazon) and they are fine but combine them with the regular cables makes everything way too long and thus getting everything tucked in and out of the way so I can close the case is just not working out.

Get some lacing string and learn how to do cable lacing?

+1 for buying extensions and just re-pinning the ends.

I mean, technically you dont even "need" any tools to do that. I had to re-pin some of the cables for my EVGA 1000W because it came with the wrong cables (bought off ebay, good price) and I got it done with a pair of staples.

Looks like you can get actual tools to do this for not a lot of money, and then youd have them forever:

EDIT - After thinking about it, you definitely WOULD need crimping tools in order to get the new end on, as I assume the original end would be female and the new one would need to be male to go into the PSU.

While we're talking about sleeves, what are the options to sleeve existing PSUs? I have an older EVGA that I'm going to repurpose for my next build, but the GPU power is red sleeve with ketchup and mustard on the end. I'd like something I can wrap over that to clean it up, preferably black.

Shrinkwrap and Paracord, or just Paracord if it's a dense enough weave.
