Just curious what kind of fan profile you guys are using on your cards and any tips.

My fan profile is as follows:
  • 0 - 47 Degrees Celcius: 0%
  • 50 Degrees: 30%
  • 60 Degrees: 55%
  • 70 Degrees: 70%
  • 80 Degrees: 85%
  • 90 Degrees: 95%
  • 100 Degrees: 100%
Played Far Cry 4 yesterday and temps seems to level off at 70 degrees with the fans running at 70%.

I just kind of made it up and as I went along. Does this look okay or off to you guys? Also, is it okay to keep the fans off between 0-47 degrees in long run or should i keep the fans running? Any tips would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

I'd say 35c have the fans kick on.. if you can hear them. Also how loud are the fans at say 80-100%?

Figure out the max you can barely and make them run at that speed when the card gets to 60c. That will help keep the temps down and boost/Overclock up.

On the fence cards I can handle a max of 80-85% max fan. On the zotac amp edition I can't hear the cards at 100% so I kept it there at 60c and up.

Having the fans on before it reaches the higher tempts will help keep 80c away.
